I came in to the YMCA hoping I could become a better person. I had no idea where I should’ve started and I hadn’t used a gym before. At that time I weighted 210 lbs and I was extremely unfit. I got into contact with Chris when I met him at the YMCA. He consoled me and helped me build a workout plan. From there my life has been up and up. I’ve been working out for almost a year now and I’m down to 190lbs. I’ve gained so much muscle and lost so much fat. Without him I don’t know where I would be today and what I would look like or be like. I am extremely grateful for Chris for teaching me to Never Stop Improving.

Christopher gave some of the most helpful advice in my weight lifting journey. He helped me with proper nutrition advice and helped me get my strength up.
