I'm passionate about helping athletes elevate their performance and everyday people rebuild their bodies and confidence. Especially those coming back from setbacks.
My specialty lies in tumbling, injury recovery, and strength coaching rooted in real, personal experience.
As a former cheerleader and gymnast, I’ve seen firsthand how important resistance training is. It’s not just about muscle... it’s about performance, longevity, and mindset.
When I was disabled for a year due to injury, I had to rebuild everything from the ground up. Physically, emotionally, and mentally. I know what it takes to overcome pain, fear, and self-doubt and I bring that empathy into every coaching relationship.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with:
